This two double bedroom ground floor apartment, which is set in a contemporary purpose built block, has the convenience of two bathrooms and is just a short walk away from Southbourne’s sandy beaches. The apartment benefits from a lovely, private rear garden with direct access from the living room and both bedrooms. It also has the plus point of the use of a daytime BEACH HUT which is ideal for shelter from the sun or changing into and out of swimming costumes.

Both bedrooms have the advantage of a tilt and slide patio door which leads straight onto the garden. The lounge/diner, which is open plan, has a FLATSCREEN SMART TV – SKY INCLUDING SKY SPORTS AND SKY CINEMA – FREEVIEW – FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).

Leading from the lounge/diner you will find tilt and slide patio doors onto the large garden where you can enjoy alfresco dining. The kitchen area leads off the lounge and there is a beautiful feature, curved glass block wall. The modern kitchen area includes a GAS HOB – ELECTRIC OVEN – WASHING MACHINE – DISHWASHER – FRIDGE/FREEZER – MICROWAVE – NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE. There is a modern bathroom with a bath, shower facility and toilet. This apartment has underfloor heating throughout.

The large garden has private access and is approximately 40ft x 34ft with a decking area that runs across the back of the house. Past the decking is the lawn area and there is also a bike shed available. This property also has the additional benefit of the use of a BEACH HUT which is located at Portman Ravine, approximately just a 20-minute walk from the apartment (please note that these beach huts are for daytime use only). Southbourne is known for being a popular seaside resort in the suburb of Bournemouth, Southbourne-On-Sea is situated between well-known Boscombe and Christchurch. Southbourne makes for the perfect stay, with attractions all within walking distance. It is the home to one of the many local Blue Flag award-winning beaches, the miles of safe golden sands ensuring a perfect family day out. Just up from the beach and walking distance from the apartment you will find a very popular children’s play park on the cliff top, with the opportunity to stroll along to the local cafes.

One tourist feature of Southbourne-On-Sea is the Fisherman’s Walk Cliff Railway (they run between Easter and the end of October), a funicular railway between the cliff top coastal road and the promenade and beach. This provides very easy access to Southbourne-On-Sea’s Blue Flag beach, from which it is possible to reach the beaches at Boscombe and Bournemouth.
