The apartment is open plan living with panoramic seaviews and direct access to a sun balcony with outdoor furniture, a modern minimalist fully equipment kitchen with a RANGECOOKER – DISHWASHER – FRIDGE/FREEZER – NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE – MICROWAVE and a separate utility room where the Washing Machine and Wine Fridge is located.

The accommodation has 2 double bedrooms, both with King Size Double beds and have luxury En-suites with rain showers. At the rear of the apartment there is a lovely private secluded garden with a patio and outdoor furniture for Alfresco dining.
The accommodation comes with off road parking on the drive for one car only (any other vehicles must park either in the clifftop car park or on the local side roads) INCLUDED. Linen & Towels are included for Holiday lets provided by the owner. £150 refundable damage deposit is required for holiday let’s.
Relaxing Getaway. It was in a lovely location overlooking the sea. The apartment was well equipped and convenient for exploring the locality.
Lovely apartment right on the cliff top by the sea in Southbourne. We stayed for two weeks waiting for our permanent accommodation to be ready for us and now we want to relocate to Southbourne. Really lovely thanks.

Southbourne is known for being a popular seaside resort in the suburb of Bournemouth, Southbourne-On-Sea is situated between well-known Boscombe and Christchurch. Southbourne makes for the perfect stay, with attractions all within walking distance. It is the home to one of the many local Blue Flag award-winning beaches, the miles of safe golden sands ensuring a perfect family day out. Just up from the beach and walking distance from the apartment you will find a very popular children’s play park on the cliff top, with the opportunity to stroll along to the local cafes.
One tourist feature of Southbourne-On-Sea is the Fisherman’s Walk Cliff Railway (they run between Easter and the end of October), a funicular railway between the cliff top coastal road and the promenade and beach. This provides very easy access to Southbourne-On-Sea’s Blue Flag beach, from which it is possible to reach the beaches at Boscombe and Bournemouth.
